We enjoyed the food options at breakfast, and having it in the garden added to the charm. The location is great if you are travelling by car. If you are using public transit, it is also ok as long as you are prepared to spend extra time waiting for the bus or do the 20-minute walk from the subway station.

I loved the location, and the property to self. At a walking distance from l restaurants and stores. Beautiful lobby and big luxurious rooms. The breakfast was exceptional. From simple American breakfast to sophisticated French pastry

Great, fantastic hotel, comfortable and cozy, extremely well maintained, nice and polite staff, rooms were clean and spacious, well insulated (very few to none noise around), great beds, perfect Wifi, plenty of parking spots and, saving the best for last, a memorable, hard to forget, breakfast, combining fine French cuisine refinment with rough and consistent American style. Fantastic value for money, needless to say more..

The staff were very accommodating. The desk person during the day was nice enough to check us in when we arrived early. We had an issue with the first room being too warm and the AC not sufficiently cooling it, and the night desk person was able to get us another room that was much cooler. The breakfast was also the best one we had during our trip. The croissants were amazing!! And the hotel had easy access to the metro and downtown Montreal.

Bed was very comfortable. Room was a little dated but quaint and clean. Breakfast was outstanding!! There was so much food and variety, along with a carefully attended buffet. I would definitely book this hotel for a return trip. It would have been nicer if the bar had been open on the weekend for a light supper after a long day out, as there is no restaurant on site.

Bed is very comfortable, shower is hot and strong, bathroom and room are very clean and well maintained. Wifi is very good, breakfast is very good, as is the free parking. Had a good price too

We stayed here while in town for the F1 race. The hotel was so comfortable and clean, amazing free breakfast every morning. The housekeeping was immaculate! They even restocked our nespresso every day. The location is great close to some great restaurants. The metro was a few blocks away and we road it to the Grand Prix. Highly recommend!!

My daughter and I had a great stay. The suite was large, comfortable beds and the hot breakfast was very good. Location is very good, close to highway, Avril grocery store across the street and a few minutes to Carrefour Laval. Staff were extremely helpful, friendly and courteous. We plan to return to the St-Martin.

Great proximity to Place Bell - we were staying the night for a concert and found we were easily able to walk to and from the venue! The neighborhood feels very safe even towards midnight, and there are plenty of food options nearby. We were offered a free room upgrade and all of the staff we spoke to were incredibly kind and pleasant. The hotel itself is so charming and the rooms are very comfortable. We would stay here again without a doubt and recommend to anyone looking for accommodations in the area!
